AXA IM nomme une nouvelle Head of Emerging Markets and Asian Fixed Income

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) annonce la nomination de Magda Branet en qualité de Head of Emerging Markets and Asian Fixed Income, effectif immédiatement.
Basée à Londres, Magda apporte avec elle 17 années d’expérience en matière de dette des pays émergents ainsi qu'une solide expertise de l’intégration ESG. Elle retourne chez AXA IM après avoir occupé des fonctions chez First State Investments, puis chez Candriam, où elle était Deputy Head of Emerging Markets et gérante des stratégies Total Return et Sustainable Emerging Market Debt.
Magda reporte à Marion Le Morhedec, Global Head of Fixed Income.
Commentant cette nomination, Marion Le Morhedec a déclaré :

AXA IM gère plus de 14 milliards d'euros1 investis dans des stratégies Fixed Income sur les marchés émergents et poursuit le développement de son offre de produits. AXA IM a récemment renforcé ses équipes de Recherche et d'analyse, en recrutant notamment trois Emerging Market Credit Analysts supplémentaires au cours des deux dernières années.
Biographie
Magda Branet a débuté sa carrière chez AXA Investment Managers en 2005 en tant que Emerging Markets and Fixed Income strategist, puis en tant que Emerging Markets Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, co-gérant les stratégies Global emerging market debt et Emerging market debt short duration.
En 2015, Magda rejoint First State Investments à Londres en qualité de Senior Emerging Markets Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Elle rejoint ensuite Candriam où elle gère les stratégies Emerging Market debt (EMD) Sustainable et le fonds EMD Total Return. Elle est nommée Deputy Head of Emerging Market Debt en 2019.
